If not then I fear that the balance of power has tipped far too much into France's favour, and will be holding urgent talks with other world leaders to determine how to contain French aggression.

The sultan has difficulty accepting that it is really necessary to take control of all these cities, as you have done, to meet Spains supposed agression head on.

Perhaps you could alleviate our fears by returning all cities next turn and withdrawing your troops from Spain. I'm sure the Spanish would be only too pleased to accept peace under these circumstances?

I don't know about the rest of you world leaders but the Sultan has no doubt that the bloodthirsty French not only started the war, but intends to finish it with the total destruction of Spain with no plans to vacate their lands, despite all the t!t pulling he's given us so far.
