Cool pics. You must be a pro, now, though. It looks as though you were a bit more technologically advanced. What is with that block of smoke in the one picture? That looks pretty cheesy- I didn't realize smoke confines itself to geometric patterns

The units and buildings look fantastic, even up close. I'm sad to see that the units are all in one mass (or line). That would seem to eliminate the idea of tactics

That's the problem with a still frame taken from an animation - it can be misleading. The reason it looks like "square smoke" is because a few frames ago a square building was standing there. The building collapses into smoking rubble. Personally, I think it looks really cool when it happens in the game...

you dont have to worry guys, the smoke is cool

buildings go down as smoke builds up in a similar way to what you see when a building is demolished

I have played a lot of rts including AoE, AoK, WC1, 2, 3, SC, CC, etc. but I am guessing that if RoN is all that has been said about it, I might find myself in the same boat.

I just love the way this game looks. The soldiers really look like they're getting down and dirty, not like some other games.

On the 4th screen, is that stack of icons on the righthand side everything you're producing? And is the second from the bottom St. Basil's Cathedral?

The Kremlin is a wonder in the game which caps your commerce limit to the maximum 999 of each resource type, so that's probably what's being built.

it's the techs/unit upgrades that i'm researching and the wonders and i and my opponents are building. the last two(whose borders are not red) are opponents
