My new PCGamer has a little blurb on it and says SMAC is almost perfect too, obviously they like Purple, lots of it...

well, there seems to be an "image" left to the general public and the reviewers for each game.
for example: smac is perfect, ctp was a disaster, etc...

the "real image" though for lots of people can be different....
