I know you're disappointed they haven't got a forum, but that doesn't mean that they won't be listening every now and then. Why start up their own forum when they've got a perfectly good one right here?

If they're after feedback, they know they can get by with a little help from their 'friends'.

We just have to stay tuned, because I'm sure they have already a basic plan for their first game. When they will be ready for a public announcement, maybe sooner than we think - a question of weeks, then a forum will be essential. I hope here at Apolyton ( unless BHG products are not to be CIV-related ).

If BR et al. didn't have to sign a non-competition clause I'd be exceedingly surprised. Their product(s) will be no more Civ related than AoE/AoK, MoO, Warcraft, etc. No more Civ-related than Dinos, which only has Sid as a common denominator.
