Have Wonder Victory OFF & still comes up in a scenario?

I have made a scenario and works fine..EXCEPT

I have chosen Conquest & Deathmatch and Wonder Victory conditions keep coming up.

Any suggestions?

I ended up raing the wonder victory to like 9999 and thus overriding the desire for the default rules to be read.

Oh well..it works so I am happy..kinda..
