Copy the files into the "Recorded Games" directory (usually found in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Rise of Nations). Make sure to give it a name you can remember, it's hard to tell what's what with the auto-name feature. Then start up RON, go to single player, click Recorded Game Playback (or similar), and select the game you want to play.
You might get an error if the game is patched to a different version than the computer that created the recording.cIV list: cheats
