I was in a game yesterday where even though I was nuked 4 times straight I was able to build back quikly and we sent huge armies at each other again and again.
One of the big problems was the research that lets you take a city instantly when it is reduced. I would take theirs then they would take it back. It was due to large amounts of resources on each side. In the expansion there should be some type of way to halt this. I tried many things and to no avail.

When you have World Government and your not playing conquest, go staright for the capitol. There is no chance to take it back when the city is taken.

Yeah, I get that a lot. I'm a builder, and a lot of games just can't end (especially naval on huge ). Spent an hour or so trying to finish one- no luck at all. I find it hard to change- rushing early is so hard!

It would help if there was transport planes to drop a quick surprise force in there base under general invisibility. Add transports and walls please god put walls in the game.
