    Aztecs:
    Jaguar Riflemen

    Bantu:
    Raptor Stealth Fighter?
    Sparrow Biplane?
    Commando (improved Partisan)?

    British:
    Swotwith(sp) Camel Biplane?
    Spitfire/Hurricane Fighter?

    Chinese:
    Some sort of Assualt infantry... Mao's Guards?

    Egyptians:
    ?

    French:
    Some sort of better Trebuchet?

    Germans:
    Me109 Figher?
    Storm Troopers? (improved Riflemen)

    Greeks:
    Spartan Hoplite
    Pezhetairoi Phalanx
    some sort of early Heavy ship?

    Incans:
    Make the Inti things ranged.
    Sun Knight (replaces Horsemen)
    Heavy/Royal Sun Knight (Light Horse)

    Japanse:
    Zero fighter

    Koreans:
    maybe some sort of special forces/commado improvements

    Maya:
    Better anti-tank gun?

    Mongols:
    Their own sorta "what-if" modern tanks or Armoed Cars?
    Especially a armored car (or three) because these guys are raiders.

    Nubians:
    has plenty of UUs

    Romans:
    give them back the Tank Hunter and Tank Destroyer

    Russians:
    T-34 tank

    Spanish:
    ?

    Turks:
    modern artillery of some sort?

    You know what I think the best idea is?

    Give some nations with only two or three unique units more unique units, particularly underpowered nations that don't have particularly good nation powers (Romans, Spanish, etc.)

    Also, make some of those units SEA UNITS... there are absolutely NO unique sea units, I think this is because BHG wanted to make a nation enjoy all of its advantages on a land map as well as a sea one.

    But I really think the best ideas for an expansion are new nations, new CTW maps, interface and customization enhancements (Multiplayer Custom Scenarios, should have been included in the first place...) and a general increase in features. RoN is a game that has very few features compared to other RTS's (no story campaign mode, no custom multiplay scens, blah blah blah) but makes up for it with a very, very deep and refined game.
