Any news on upcoming patches?

I was just wondering if anyone knows details about the next patch for the game, assuming they are working on it.

Any ideas on a time scale for its release?

I just need some hope that i havent wasted my money and the game will actually work some day!

From what I've heard, 3 wks+ is a good estimate

As of August 11, there is a posting on the home page of the BHG web site about patch 3.
