Tank mod

Could someone make a mod enabling two modern era tank classes? That is, without overriding any of the current tanks. I'm not sure if it's even possible, or how hard it would be to do, but it would be very nice.

The modern age (ie. WW2 era) needs separate medium and heavy tanks. This way Germany - for example - could have both PzKpfw IV and Tiger II.

But doesn't that replace the Leopard as the Main Battle Tank instead of adding a new unit?

no...it adds panzer IV and tiger for germans...so they can build both at the same time in modern...but after they both upgrade to Leopard

i didnt change the unit stats do that if people want to use two different tanks they wouldnt unbalance the game. but would people want to see it so that one tank Panzer IV for example is either cheaper or something?

actually i was trying to make it so that u can only research the Tiger II if u had a certain level of military tech but I couldnt get that to work. ie) no matter what I changed the prerequisites to it didnt effect anything. Anyone ever tried to mess with prerequisites? and if they got that to work?
