Turkish Citizens are NOT 33% Cheaper

I looked at the Turkish civ for the first time today, and noticed that contrary to the claim that its citizens are 33% cheaper, what they actually cost is 7 food less than citizens of other civs. If you had no citizen, the first one would cost you 13f vs 20f for other civs. Your 20th citizen costs 32f vs 39f for other civs, which is 18% less cost, not 33%.

The initial citizen is 33% (roughly) cheaper then. The bonus doesn't effect the ramping costs.

It's still pretty substantial. That bonus alone lets the Turks boom just as well as any other Civ in my opinion.
