Ok, use 5 helicopters 2 generals and 4 spies.
CLoak the helicopters force march them and bribe the land units when under attack. Force march them out to live and then you have somke of there units when you bribed them.
Best thing about helicopters is they are cheap and don't have to be based at the airfield. I set the airfield rally point as the oppposing main tank building area and queue up a bunch. It will cut his reinforcement ability in half.

I'm playing germans....i use jet fighters to couple with the helis......jet will clear enemy troops effectively and helis will deal with armors, MBT and such...so far no real problem
