Zooming

Are there only 3 levels of zoom in the game (normal, one step in, one step back) or am I missing something?

You are correct; there are 3 levels of zoom. I find the 3 levels to be perfect. I got the normal view which I play in to micro battles, and then the zoomed out view for better city management. The zoomed in view is just for fun to see the detailed animation of the units and buildings.

I'd like another level of zoom. I usually play all the way zoomed out on 1600x1200 and I still don't have quite the wide view I'd like. It's a minor thing though. I'm able to manage.
