Unique stats are very similar to their non-unique counterparts and in battles against their counters or the units they counter they perform pretty similarly. Against their non-unique counterparts though they win quite handily. Anybody else have some insight into this.

    I ran some quick tests.

Using a Mongol Nomad, I attacked a citizen, then a hoplite.

The Nomad reduced the citizen HP to 19/40 the first shot and killed on the second shot.

Versus the hoplite, first shot took HP to 80/120, second to 40/120 and if the hoplites were stationary, the third shot killed, if the hoplites were moving or attacking they didn't die until the forth shot.

I then ran the same test using a Horse Archer, which has equal statistics to the Nomad.

The Horse Archer had the same effect versus the citizen

Versus the hoplite though, the Horse Archer only did 20 damage per shot, damage seemed to lessen the closer the hoplite got, took 6-8 shots to kill the hoplite.

    Pretty interesting.
Time to take out the trash. You know its easy but it seems harder every time you try and think about it.
