Does your game work, mine does not
. Which version are playing, im on the german one.
I checked the data folder and i do (now??) have all these files, also I dont know what those numbers are supposed to be.

Those are just warnings about new files introduced with the patch.

If your game isn't working, reinstall it over the top of the existing installation (don't bother to uninstall it first), and then try getting the patch again.

IMPORTANT: When installing over the top of an existing installation, you MUST select the option that says something like "overwrite all files".

If you install over the top, it keeps your old settings.
