http://home.earthlink.net/~ian_cowan...unt%20pack.zip is a collection of 13 new taunts for Rise of Nations I put together in my spare time. It doesn't interfere with any of the existing ones, it uses #101-113. It is less than 350 kb in size, so very dial up friendly.
This was originally designed for people I regularly play with on another forum and was about twice as big. I pruned the ones that were specific to people on that forum and kept the best ones in there.
Instructions on usage are included in a readme file in the zip. There are no executables included -- just .wav files and one .xml file that replaces the sound.xml in your Rise of Nations directory.
