My brothers pc and my friends pc both dont evolve the supply or generals; when in motorized age they ride in horses, also their attributes seem to stay as in past ages.

I'm glad you won. I was having such FPS issues that I couldn't see the Roman troops and move my own. I figured putting my civis into buildings and quitting was the best course of action, I've seen to many games go "out-of-synch" when a player just drops and goes to AI.
