Spies problem

Why are spies not avaliable to see other spies?

I thought that you'd be able to see other spies (and shoot them), when a spy is in the vicinity of another spy... but that obviously doesn't work... It seems like the only way to kill another spy, is by letting it bribe your soldiers, so it gets visible...

...am I missing something here?

and for russia, I know it says the spies stay hidden even when performing actions. but Ive noticed that they dont. you cant kill them though, but you can see them!

...I've noticed that too... When spies haven't used their ability they are supposed to be hidden/invisible, right? But they're always visible, even without any spies/etc nearby... I just can't kill then though...

You use the scout class to see invisible units or the lookout tower building. Basically if spies could see each other it would make it too easy to kill each other.
