Questions about release date in South Korea?

That would be great if anyone from BHG could answer when RoN is expected in S Korea. Secondly, will it be in English or is it gonna be localized in Hangul. I'm not Korean so I would need the English only version. International shipping costs discourage me from ordering from North America.
