Exception Raised

I start the game and it always "crashes" after the third intro cinema (the one with the Tanks and Cities and etc). The game minimizes (but I can't re-maximize it) and puts up a box that says "Exception Raised" and then does a error report (which I have been sending in). Any help?

Nevermind... Probably a problems with the Intel 82810e graphics card I have. According to to troublingshooter it has a un-solvable error. *sigh* I'll just shell out $30 more bucks to upgrade...
