Hade change the troops to be less accuract in ATTENUATE in unitrules when hitting their targets,never liked the"hitpoint way"when you have 100% hits everytime.
Feels little more realistic whit that!
Interesting idea. But does it really make a difference statistically? If you e.g. let them hit every other time, it's the same as decreasing the damage to 50%, isn't it?
maybe your right but it feels and looks moore funnier
to watch the battles when you se shoots hitting besides
and miss,but maybe I have to reduce the hitpoints also
so direct hits is moore deadly!
well the difference does become more apparent when u have a mass of troops vs a few units....if they do less damage versus less accurate when i small number of units things become less predictable. and gives people more incentive to line up an array of large formations. this reflects what happend in the real history of warfare and why they had to fight the way they did. they had to use numbers and close formations to compensate for inaccurate weapons (to make up for that statistical probability)...while modern weapons u do not see people all lined up in a row etc cause the weapons are so much more accurate
