- Inca, Maya and Aztecs should not have any gunpowder & cavalry units before the Age of Enlightenment. They sould have special Infantry Units like the Egale Warrios in AOK TC (sorry, I only got the german version of RON, but I hope you understand which Unit i mean). This unit should be as far and strong as the cavalry units of the other nations.
- Romans should pay less for religious developments at the temple and they should pay less for the mercenary technology - Greece should pay less for Hoplit´s and their evolutions (up to the middle age)
- German should pay less for the development from normal aircraft to jet fighter
- Nubian merchants should not get any damage at foreign territory
- Mongols cavalry archeres should be stronger as the other nations cavalry archers
