Problems running RoN - Crashes on Start

I am wondering if there is a way to troubleshoot the problem I am experiancing. Here is my problem. THe Game loads up correctly with the video intro, but after the intro, it just crashes to the desktop. Can anyone help me work around this?

My computer exceads the Minumum Requierments, and my OS is Windows XP.
