Invalid Patch File

Whenever I try to update the game, through Gamespy (which is the only way for now...kinda stupid) whenever the completes the download and tries to patch the game...it says "Invalid Patch File."

I'm running a 2.4 p4, with 1 gig of ram, a GeForce4 4200 TI, DX9 and everything updated drivers.
