inca and maya use he111,but german b25

Maya and Inca had the He111 and german b25
want to change that but havent yet figure it out.

Spain and roman have pz4,is it possible to edit so
german could have pz4 and tiger at the same time?

I found the entries in the unit_graphics.xml file, however, where do the entries for each of the nations units reside. I could not find where to change the units a nation has...
