Register Online - Page Not Found

When I clicked Register Online from the install app, I got "Sorry, there is no Microsoft Games Web page matching your request. It's possible you typed the address incorrectly, or that the page no longer exists. "

I have the same problem. I thought it was due to the fact that I purchased the game a day earlier than the release date.
