Oil refineries

It seems like the oil refineries are not working in the demo. They are supposed to increase oil gather rates by 33% right?

Has anyone else noticed this?

Do they work in gold/beta versions?

they work, but my oil gathering rate is really slow.

I see the wells rate at 35, and building a refinery doesn't seem to change that.

I did another test and the refinery worked

Be sure to build as many refineries as you can! Their effects stack!
