Scenario editor?

I just read something which I am deeply concerned about. A scenario editor will not be included with RoN? Is this correct?

From the faq:

Q: Will the game include a scenario or map editor?

The game will ship with the same scenario editor that our designers will be using to create our campaigns. It will include a trigger system, a custom scripting language, and the usual features you expect from an editor.

I don't know where you read that PrinceBimz, but it appears that RoN will have one of the most complete scenario editors around (although it might be rather complicated).

If you click at the bottom on page 3 and read towards the last paragraph it mentions something about no scenario editor but a scripting language. Its does state you can make scenarios but with that language. I am hoping for something more like Empire Earth editor. Well, it is a beta review so maybe thats what they are talking about. I guess the full retail version will ship with an editor.
