The AI are sooo dumb

I an o playing and the Evon ofer to me a planet and two techs for a tech of mine, but i don't wanna planets and think they as goods, planets are not negociable and counter asking only for the tech that they ofer for my tech, they reject, that's nonsense, probalily is a bug or they realy don't wanna that planet.

I have yet to make an offer that has been accepted by the AI, even when they subsequently offers me a much better deal.

I manged to buy some tachidi planets form my allied tachidi (almost the best relations that can be). I traded for tech and bought newly colonized planets so they agreed quickly.

I've had the same experience with the AI never accepting my offers. I have therefore started to refuse offers made by the AI (unless they are too good to be true) and I've noticed that as a result they tend to (later) make better offers that I do accept.
