  • MOO-3 sux

MOO3 was given low grade in must game reviews of famous game sites and magazines. They say that in MOO3 you spend more time clicking "Next turn" button, than ruling the empire. Also some of them analyze the problem of sequels. They think, that all strategy games sequels will be bad. MOO-2, Heroes-3, Civ-3 and X-COM-4 is high end. No more new ideas can be implemented in any of these subgenres. TBS game industry needs more subgenres. Russian gamesites say, that any TBS in 2003-2004 will not be better than "Space Rangers". Time for global strategies is out, in new TBS games player will guide only few units, but number of their actions and features will be huge.

And what exactly is your point, apart from saying that you don't like MOO 3 ?
War doesn't prove who is right, only who is left.

That remains to be seen. They maybe correct, but there is no reason that it has to be that way.
If devs try to go too far away form the core, it will not be well recieved by most fans, that has always been the case.
