  • How do you erradicate an enemy population?

After conquering my first Ithkul planet with a large mobile army I had expected there to be an option (like in MoO2) to simply WIPE OUT the enemy population, because I didn't want Havesters to mingle with (and consume) my native population. Short of forcing my Viceroy to not build food (which I'm unsure how to do), how can I ensure that not a single one of those infested terrans remains alive to pester my peaceful bug population?
