Please tell me if I have this right....
If I have a Mobilization Center and ships or troops in Reserve, I can build task forces at any mobility center? Is that right? Can I build two ships in one system and form the task force in another system? This just seems odd, so I need clarification.....thanks

No. You can't move your ships out of a system until they're in a task force. You only need one mobilization center per system, though. -
What I meant was:
1. You have your Home System and another system with a Mob Center
2. You build a ship in your home system. It is in the Reserve box
3. Can you form a task force with that reserve ship in the other system that has the mob center?One OS to rule them all,

jj73 - yep, I think you have it. Ships wherever they are built are automatically put into the reserve. Then, when you click on a system that has a Mobilization Center, and creat a task force (with that newly commissioned battleship from the other side of the galaxy) it automatically appears the next turn.
