I have had two strange things happen. I suspect they are bugs.
First, as the Ithkul, around turn 120 or so, I click the turn button and suddenly two planets in two of my systems have colonies on them. I NEVER would have colonized them, since they were Red 1 and Red 2 planets. And yes, I have AI colonization OFF.
Next, in the same game, 10-20 turns later, I click the turn button and one of my planets suddenly has an AU deficit in the 100 millions! No JOKE! Of course, they are disbanding all of the nice planetary DEAs and other good stuff cause they can't support them. To top it all off, my empire's treasury is showing a POSITIVE balance of 100 million AU, like they borrowed 100mil from this poor planet.
Very annoying.
