Pollution in DEA
I've got a DEA with ancient pollution that is hindering my population growth (actually it's shut it down completely).
What do I need to do to clean that stuff up?

Maybe you need a terraforming advance before you can clean it up. I think that's what the terraforming cost means, but I'm not sure.
