I did not see it in the manual, but I may have missed it. Nor did I see it in the encyclopedia...what does each of the specials do on a planet? There are lots of them, and I am sure I can tell what most of them do in general, but there is no guidance or table of effects that I can find.
Am I missing it? Do I have to get a strat. guide to find out?
