just found moo1. 10 games later i get a rebellion. how do i stop?

Send in a ton of troops and break their spirit.

Unless it was caused by a random event, you need to put up some defense against spies.
ONce the get a rebellion, you need to drop troops as if it was another races planet. Marshall law.

click on a planet with lots of people, click the TRANS button, send troops to the planet

same way you send troops to take over enemy planets

Yes the broadcast of the rebellion will usually tell you how many troops are needed.

Just send troops form as many planets as you have to in order to get enough to quell it. Of course if you only have one other planet that is rough. Set some spending on spies to put a halt to the AI inciting your people.
