            I thought it was funny, even though I don't speak German, I'm pretty sure who it's pronounced. But it could be interpreted the other way.

                "Fuchs" in German is also said differently: the sound is something like [FOORS]...

                so nothing to do with the famous word.

                  I think you are reading a little too deeply into that To_Serve_Man... I don't think that Dan would think of such a thing... or maybe even me capable of creating a word play like that...

                        so is it like that scene in national lampoons european vacation where chevy chase says "my family and i are looking for sex", and the german dude slams the door in his face?

                        (he thought "sex" was the german pronunciation for "six"...the address he was looking for.)
