You are correct 13Matt13; if legal action WERE brought, this is a valid defense in court. If it weren't, there never would have been "Saturday Night Live from New York" since they are guilty of FAR more abusive satire and parodies.The cake is NOT a lie. It's so delicious and moist.

One's real concern should not be winning, but rather the price of winning.

Not entirely. To win either case you have to prove at tleast two things:
1. That the statements were made falsely w/malicious intent
2. That your character has been defamed and/or your reputation harmed.
