Well Moo2 offered Stellar converter, reflection shield, black hole generator and time travel stuff with ships. Not that great I must say
Does Moo3 let us create new galaxies, or new universes with entirely new physical laws or do we get to fiddle with the superstring theory in the end and discover some mad stuff? Hell, I hope it goes far into sci fi stuff as it wont make the game less bad at all
