    Indeed that is correct.

With CIV3, one example of a game change made in a patch was when they changed Privateers (pirate ships) from 1/1 to 2/1. There have been many others.

In MOO2, they changed some of the values for race picks in patches.

New features? Possibly .. but don't be surprised if they decide to have an expansion pack. There might be space monsters in the upcoming MOO3 expansion "Revenge of the Space Monsters: We're back and we're NOT HAPPY."
None, Sedentary, Roving, Restless, Raging ... damn, is that all? Where's the "massive waves of barbarians that can wipe out your civilisation" setting?

I hope to all that's holy that they are not even thinking about adding features right now. Because if they are, and if they're doing a good job testing, that'll add another month or so to the due date.

Nope, no more features. Perfect the ones you have and move on.

Though I find it extraordinarily perplexing why renaming stars and changing color doesn't exist...weird.

        I'd buy that!
"The number of political murders was a little under one million (800,000 - 900,000)." - chegitz guevara on the history of the USSR.
"I think the real figures probably are about a million or less." - David Irving on the number of Holocaust victims.

Let 'em join the New Orion Senate, too.

Proposal: Giant Space Eel demands tribute of 1 Population per turn per Civilization.

          New Orions: Yay!

Just to let you guys know, they probably won't be adding anything new that isn't already there.

Software goes through a stage called code lockdown when no new code is added besides that which is needed to fix bugs (I think after the explanation of regression testing the reason will be obvious to all).

Any new features will most likely have to wait until patches roll around.
