Yeah, the whole battle over moo3 came as quite a surprise, though I always thought that the whole "you can do anything but not everything idea" really didn't fit with this sort of game.
But from the reports I've read and the bits of info that have been leaked lately, it sounds like the game is going to be pretty sweet.
