moo2 edit programs

hello all...
I've been playing moo2 for a while now...love the game cant wait for # 3 ..
but I find I cant really enjoy the games anymore unless I edit the whole thing and make all the stars and all the races the way I like it. I've been using a program called conorion 2 I think ..its kinda clumsy and I was wondering if anyone had made a better version or had a more up to date program..
