"The Speech"

Hey this is just a question. Alot of you have me quite nervous about asking and being ripped apart for asking stupid questions. I have read the data dumps(All I hope unless I cannot find them all). And just would like to be clear on some things.

It would seem IFP's are out. I am trying to find out about "The Speech". In everything I read this would seem to be impossible to have in it's current state without IFP's. And I know this may be a minor feature but I am wondering how many other things(as many seemed dependant on IFP's to work properly will be/have been lost.

I would be willing to bet that "The Speech" went the way of the dodo.

Unless they made it something you have to pay money for...

Yeah, of course you could pay for it. Wasn't thinking I guess. So I guess the whole Economic system will have to be tweeked to account for some of the things relating to IFP's. That works.
