No Sound for MOO on Win2k

I plopped Moo into my Win2k machine by simply moving the MOO directory into my HD. There is no sound but everything else seems in order. Anyone with ideas on how to fix this?

Not very helpful, but it can be fix by going to XP, otherwise try service packs.
