very strange moo2 event

i'm in the middle of playing a game of moo2, and i get a turn summary that reads, "Citizens demand stadium. And more cream of celery soup".



I've spent many many many many nights playing nothing but moo2, but this is the first time i noticed this.
I have a screen of it but the colors dont come out right since the game uses 256-color pallettes. I also have a savegame...
