Moo2 Multiplayer

I was just wondering if there was anywhere online that you can play multiplayer Moo2. My friends and I have wanted to play for years but the only places we could find were heat.net and kali, kali being a pay service and heat.net not really working. Has anyone ever used something like the virtual networks you can make on the MSN gaming network? I'm just wondering what works, or if everyone has just been playing hotseat all these years. Any help would be greatly appriciated, thanks much.
