  • Specials varying with ship size

    Something funny is that specials like warp dissipators take up different amounts of space dependent on the ship size. So instead of using a huge amount of space on your doom star, just make a scout or two for a fraction of the cost.

    Hopefully that will be fixed in MOO 3...

    Yes, I agree with you Thue. Why build big, expensive WD when you could build a small one?
    Nevertheless, I ssuggest that smaller WD could only trap up to the same size of ship. Ex: A Cruiser could only trap Frigates, Destroyers and Cruisers. No bigger ships, because it woudn't have enough power.

      Size of some items vary with ship classes but others don't. For example a colony base won't fit on a medium size ship in the beginning, and I don't think you can fit a warp dissipator on a scout.
