Will MOO3 ship on 30.1.2002?

Like having it in France not 3 months after it is out in the US and UK and about everywhere else.

Often it depends on if each country gets a localized version of the game, the case where im living is that the games that my local games store used to import and be able to sell at about the same time as everywhere else now has to be localized and distributed througout the country before it hits shelves. Why they changed it im not sure, all I know is that it seems very unnecessary.
