Running MOO3 in a window

Does anyone know how I can do this? The resolution is so low and I play on a laptop, so I can barely read the font at all. I really want to play this game, but it's hard to get into if you can't read anything... I'm in for some trouble.

You can fix that font issue with some of the mods that are out there.
