Screen problems

Hi, folks. I'm new playing MoO3... There's something similar to "KeepRes=1", like in Civ III, to fit my screen with the game? I'm trying to play MoO3 in my Dell D800, with incredible 1920 x 1200 pixels, but the screen turns into a little retangle in the middle of the LCD... Like this:
Any help?

Aro, I haven't seen you in a while.

MOO3 can't be set to a larger resolution; it's stick at 800x600. There may be a way to blow it up on your screen, but it'll probably just get pixely, so I'm not sure if you'd want to.
